I wonder ... is su***de just a refusal to change?

Does it start with the conclusion of "I cannot change this", "I will not change this", "I don't know how to change this"

How much do we decide that nothing can change?

How much do we sit in our predictable life, with the stuff we hate showing up, day after day, after day, with little or no change.

So we start to over-eat, over-drink, over-drug, over-sex, over- gamble and over-screen in order to numb our bodies and our minds to the pain of continuous and unrelenting boredom.
