Can I ask you all a big favour???

Due to the recent fire incident, our phone was removed by the restorers, and we have been unable to retrieve any messages. We want to assure everyone that despite this setback, we are not closed.

To help us spread the word and ensure that all our clients are aware of our continued operation,Can you Please share my UPCOMING post on your social media accounts. By doing so, you will help us reach a wider audience and let everyone know that we are open in our new location.

We are happy to share with you that we will be reopening our doors for business on Friday, June 2nd! After a brief unwanted and busy hiatus, we are now located in the shop next door to the bakery, which used to be the old dentist's office still at horizon shopping centre on the opposite side of the car park. And yes, we're conveniently close to both the bakery and the toilets - a bonus for sure.
We want you all to know how great full we are to all our clients who have patiently waited for their appointments during the past two weeks.
I am presently calling all of the clients who did have appointments in the past 2 weeks to reschedule.Rescheduling these appointments is a time consuming task,and we apologize in advance if we have already spoken to you before. Our aim is to personally connect with each one of you to ensure that everyone is well-informed about our new location. If we haven't had a chance to reach out to you yet regarding your appointment, please feel free to give me a call on 0418748863 Your call will be much appreciated.I’ll be spending most of my time on the ph over the next couple of days so if you don’t get me straight away leave a msg and I’ll get back to you.Apologies also if you have reached out to me over the last week or so and I haven’t yet got back to you, kristy and I have been on a time limit working with the restoration guys at the salon to clean it out.

GOOD NEWS UPDATE💫⭐️

Hi all,
We just wanted to let everyone know that our old shop, along with several others, has been temporarily closed due to the recent fire incident at the tobacconist next door.However, we have some good news to share with you.

The landlord has been kind enough to offer us a space opposite to where our shop is,it will be where the dentist used to be, next to the bakery Although the new location may not have the same beautiful fit-out you are accustomed to, we are eager to get back to doing hair for our lovely clients as soon as possible.

Please bear with us as we work on setting up the new shop. Some electrical and plumbing work needs to be done before we can start operating. While we don't have a confirmed reopening date yet, we are aiming to be fully operational by Friday of next week. We will provide you with a definite date in the next couple of days.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, loyalty, and understanding throughout this journey. Your support means the world to us, and we are grateful for it. We understand that the new space may not meet your expectations in terms of aesthetics, but we assure you that our dedication to delivering exceptional hair services remains unchanged.

If you had an appointment scheduled with us, or if you have one in the coming week, we will be contacting you personally to reschedule at a time that suits you. However, if for any reason you are not contacted, we kindly ask that you reach out to me directly on 0418748863.

Once again, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing support. We look forward to welcoming you to our new temporary shop and continuing to provide you with outstanding hair services.

Hi all we just wanted to give an update regarding the rescheduling of appointments at the salon.
Due to conflicting information from our insurance provider regarding the reopening date, I will not be rescheduling appointments at this stage. However, we remain confident and hopeful that we will be able to reopen during the first week of June fingers crossed maybe sooner,but Rest assured we will keep you updated on any developments or changes.once we have a definite date we will be in contact with you all individually again.
We also understand that some of you have been inconvenienced by our inability to contact you directly about your appointments and We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. With the current situation at the salon it has been challenging to locate and obtain contact details for all our clients.please be assured that we are doing our best to reach out to each of you individually.
We would like to clarify that our records are not on computer .Therefore making it a little more difficult for us.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and really appreciate your understanding.
We are so great full for you all,and look forward to seeing you all again in the salon in very near future.
