Most athletes don’t struggle with skill…
They struggle with pressure.
They train sharp.
They look confident.
Everything clicks.
Then game day hits… and it’s like someone’s turned the volume up on their thoughts.
Tightness.
Overthinking.
Second guessing.
That’s not a physical issue.
That’s the unconscious mind running an old pattern under pressure.
Here’s the truth most miss:
Under pressure, you don’t rise to your training…
you fall to your conditioning.
If your conditioning isn’t built for game day, it will show.
This is exactly what I work on with athletes.
Not hype. Not motivation.
Real mental conditioning that holds when it matters most.
Because walking off the field knowing you had more in you?
That stings longer than any loss.
Game day shouldn’t feel like something to survive.
It should feel like your territory.

But for a lot of athletes… it does.

Miss one shot
Drop one ball
Make one error

…and suddenly the spiral starts.

“That was stupid”
“Don’t mess up again”
“I’ve blown it”

Sound familiar?

That’s not lack of skill.

That’s a lack of a reset system.

High-performing athletes don’t avoid mistakes…

They recover faster than everyone else.

MIND OVER GAME.

What is this about?
This is a space for all athletes to join in and find out how their mindset impacts their game. You'll also learn neat tips and tricks on how to overcome situations and setbacks to be able to bounce back even stronger than before.

How?
For many years I have studied the mind. Including becoming an international Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis. Knowing how the mind works and how to utilise it to your advantage is a secrete weapon only the top of top really take into their journey. So if you want to be at the top, your mind matters.
