🥳KIDS PILATES🥳

Thank you to all the kids who joined us last week. Hearty had a ball! Hearty Pilates is back again this Friday at 9am. The theme this week is under the sea 🐠🐟

Hearty Pilates program is an exercise class aimed for 4 - 6 year old. The class goes for around 30 minutes and includes a combination of dance and pilates inspired exercises. Parents/carers are welcome to join in too.

HeadCheck is an excellent app developed by the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. Includes a quick concussion symptom check and advice for non medical people. Also has a guide to assist with a post concussion management plan tailored to the person.

Highly recommended for all players, coaches, first aid officers and parents.
