Massage for Health Sports & Remedial Therapy Expert soft tissue therapy to reduce pain and speed recovery from injury. I now work part time in Perth around my 8 and 6 mine roster in the Pilbara.

My work aims to clinically apply 16 years of professional experience in the rehabilitation of sports and work life injuries. I use a combination of myofascial massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation, kinesio taping, partnered stretching and stretch exercise education to help individuals manage and maintain their optimum health and sports performance.
