Ryan took some of the team through their paces yesterday, with a tutorial on hamstring rehabilitation.

It all got quite physical in our rehab gym, lots of sharing and learnings to takeaway.

We have recently had the pleasure of welcoming Melissa to our reception and administration team!🎉

Melissa joins the Lake Health Group administration team with extensive experience in both administrative roles and personal care. She brings compassion, professionalism, and a strong client-focused approach, offering positive communication and genuine support to all our clients. Melissa has previously worked in Aged Care and continues to help run a manufacturing business alongside her husband.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends boating, water skiing, knee boarding, and mountain bike riding. She also loves walking along the beach, playing tennis, gardening, and attending musical theatre performances.

Be sure to say hi 👋 to Melissa next time you are in the clinic.

Last night we had the pleasure of attending the FedUni WestVic Academy of Sport Athlete of the Year Awards at the North Ballarat Sports Club.

Congratulations to Alana Forster for winning the award. It was great to also listen to the Guest Speaker Darryl George from the Melbourne Aces.

Well done to all on another great year, and to all the WestVic athletes on their sporting successes.

We hope everybody had a wonderful weekend, and has had a great start to their week!

Team Lake Health took part in the Fred Icke Memorial Handicap hosted by Ballarat Sebastopol Cycling Club - Road / Track. A great event over 3 laps of 76km.

It was very exciting to see our client Alistair Forsyth take out a strong third place. We look forward to seeing him feature more on the Australian cycling scene with his amazing talent and potential.

This week we celebrate Emma on Team LHG for one year!🎉

​It feels as if Emma has been with us as senior administrator for longer, given her knowledge base and ability to pick things up so quickly.

Emma is responsible for training new staff and she has taken our reception team under her wing. We thank her for all her hard work and efforts, and hope there are many more years to come. Congratulations Emma and thank you.
