bodyBEgood is a Pilates & Physiotherapy studio in central Ballarat. We offer Physio services, individual Pilates sessions, and group Pilates classes, using Pilates Reformers and other equipment. All classes are fun, challenging, easy to access, and will help your BODY BE GOOD.

I’m sure it’s not just me, surely?!

EVERY time you sit down at home:

“Mum can I have a snack?”

“Mum where’s my drink bottle?”

“Mum, what’s for tea?”

“Muuuuum…”

😆🫤

And then you walk into Pilates…

Silence.

Space.

No one needing anything from you…

Just 45 minutes to breathe, move, and feel like yourself again.

Women who have been doing ‘all the right things’.

Ladies, this is your subtle reminder from us at bodyBEgood to check your b***s. Please.

Breast checks don’t need to be complicated:
• Look for any changes in shape or size
• Check for dimpling, redness, or skin changes
• Feel for lumps or thickened areas
• Don’t forget under your arm and around your ni**le

The best time?
Whatever time you’ll actually remember.

From now on, we’ll be reminding you on the 1st of every month.

Because early detection IS LITERALLY life saving.

Whip off your bra. Check your b***s. And if anything doesn’t seem right - go get it checked.
