Meet our lovely physio, clinical exercise & Pilates instructor Grace⭐️⁠

Grace enjoys seeing a wide variety of clients from all walks of life and is passionate about building strong and meaningful relationships with her patients to facilitate their recovery.

Grace is an avid runner and has competed in sprinting and athletics from a young age (she is a Stawell Gift winner!). Through her experience of training and competing she had had her own experience with injuries. This led to her passion for working closely with people to facilitate their recovery to assist them in returning to the things they love doing, particularly on the sporting field.🏃‍♀️

James and Ella recently headed down to Melbourne for a big day of learning at a GrowthRx course. The course included developing high level communication skills and helping clients to achieve their goals.⁠📚️

Thank you, Buninyong. 🤍

We close this chapter with so many great memories of our little Studio in Buninyong.

Since taking over the studio from Steph in 2020, our priority has always been to keep Pilates accessible to the Buninyong community and to support our dedicated instructors. We are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and loyalty shown by our clients and the wider community over the years; it has truly been a privilege to move with you. 🧘‍♀️

With other fantastic services now available locally, we feel confident that the Buninyong community will continue to have options to keep moving regularly. Closing this space allows us to focus on strengthening our Howitt Street studio and expanding what we can offer long-term.

We are so grateful to the clients who chose to visit, to the instructors who brought their passion and expertise to our Studio. We look forward to welcoming some of you to our Howitt St Studio and know that Hannah and her team will care for those of you who would prefer not to travel.

Meet Holly, our wonderful osteo, clinical exercise & Pilates instructor.⭐️⁠

Holly loves the variety of patients that a day’s treating provides; whether that be a conversation, hands on treatment, teaching them how to move and perform exercise correctly, or educating them on the most up to date research and advice. She has a particular interest in treating those with lower back pain, neck pain, hip and lower limb injuries. ⁠

With athletics and sprinting being a huge part of her life (she is a Stawell Gift winner!), she is passionate about translating her knowledge, expertise and experience of running to her patients and osteopathic treatment.🏃‍♀️👟⁠
