Somewhere between loving a partner, raising little humans, and holding everything together…
I forgot the shape of my own soul.
It’s like I wandered so far into the forest of “we” and “them”
that I didn’t notice how quietly I had gone missing.
But then life… with all its storms, cracks, and unexpected turning tides…
begins to whisper.
The challenges stack, the overwhelm rises, the heart aches—
and suddenly you realise these moments aren’t breaking you…
they’re calling you back.
Back to the one who once dreamed in color.
Back to the version of you who felt grounded and wild and whole.
Back to the self who has been patiently waiting beneath the noise.
It’s like the earth beneath your feet shifts just enough
to remind you:
🌿 this is your season of remembering.
The winds of change aren’t here to scatter you—
they’re here to show you what still roots you.
The waves don’t crash to drown you—
they come to pull you toward your deeper truth.
And the sun doesn’t rise each morning out of habit—
it rises to ask, softly,
“Who are you now? And who are you becoming?”
So if you’ve lost yourself a little (or a lot)…
maybe this is the moment you realise
you’re not meant to return to who you were.
You’re meant to grow into someone new.
Honest. Aligned.
More you.
The breakdown is the start of the re-discovery 🌸🌿
I'm lucky I found NLP on that Journey!
I help others learn these incredible gifts too ⛅️
