2025. What a year 🤪.
My life foundations got stress tested for sure. Probably was the hardest year in my life.
Buuuut, it was one of my biggest teachers.
And I’m going to graduate 2025 strong, hopefully, more unapologetically authentic, have more love & light & magic in my life than ever before.
And boy, did it teach me grit with a dash of rose gold grace. And divine timing that requires surrender.
So yes, 2025, I’ll remember you. But I also want to say thank you for forging me this year into my true essence. And oh man, the gratitude I have for my family, friends and fellow dog lovers. Words can’t do it justice.
And most importantly, Pax, my soulmate.
THANK YOU.
You are just a gift that never stops giving.
Your light and joy is just so infectious, no matter what I’m facing.
Dogs- to me- angels that walk beside us.
Forever grateful.

The magic of staying curious together…✨
When was the last time you learned something new about your dog?
When was the last time you were really present with your dog?
Pax and I had a moment like this today.
Our boysenberry orchard is full with fruit so I picked some.
Pax looooves berries. Buuuuut, today I learned that for whatever reasons, he isn’t a fan of boysenberries. The pictures clearly shows it 🤣
Loves blueberries & strawberries.
But a firm no thank you to boysenberries 😂.
Love how dogs teach us to be present because that is where the magic really lies. They initiate us into a more present life.

Our version of Girl’s dinner…. We picked it all together from the garden and our chooks are legends 🥰🥳. That’s magic in itself and extra magical, if you get to really open your heart and soak it in . Pax can’t wait either 🤣💗

🥗🐾 The Magic in Dogs?
It’s in the laughter. It’s in the way Pax eats salad like a little land shark. The way he makes me belly laugh…again and again.
The real magic isn’t just in their silliness… It’s in our witnessing. The way we let it into our hearts. The way it softens us. Regulates us. Re-enchants us.
Let their joy ripple through you. Let their presence teach you how to feel again. That’s the magic.

🍓 Berry magic with my soul dog 🍓
In Summer, Pax and I share a handful of homegrown berries most days.I love sharing my food with him. It’s our thing. We both love food.
We don’t just eat together… we live together.
Rhythms. Rituals. Wild joy.

🐾 Matcha & Mayhem ☕️✨
Lunch break vibes with my soul dog Pax after some fun games with him outside 💚
I was just telling him all about my morning… and as you can see, he’s very invested in my tea-fuelled ramblings. That head tilt? Full therapist mode. That stare? Pure love. That moment? Magic.
These everyday rituals are what The Magic in Dogs is all about—micro-moments of connection, calm, and deep dog-human presence. And he makes me a better therapist in real time as he fills my cup so I can pass it on.

A magical moment between two magnificent souls: Pax made a friend with a King Parrot🦜. This beautiful bird sat on top of Pax’s run for a good 15min. And Pax barked and the bird chirped back. Veeeeery cute 🥰
