I did a collaboration with in Singapore, where we started the year with a small sound bath for their members. It was a truly wonderful experience to share the healing power of sound with such a supportive community.
Taking care of our body, mind, and soul is essential for our overall well-being.Detox retreats like provide a space for us to connect with ourselves and others, and to find peace and balance in our busy lives.
I am grateful to Innovati+ for partnering with me on this special event, and we look forward to continuing to work together to promote wellness and community.

> Four years ago today, I decided to quit my job without a backup plan and focus on self-love.
> During the COVID lockdown, I was forced to work illegally and cover every position in a project, from fetching workers to the site, doing administrative tasks, and staying on-site to monitor and coordinate with workers. On top of that, my boss (father) expected the project to be finished by his deadline, no matter the circumstances. I was physically and emotionally exhausted, and I still remember crying uncontrollably in my car.
> I wanted to meet my father's expectations so I could get his recognition and love (a "daddy issue"). I poured my heart and soul into the project, but in the end, I was not recognized and was scolded. A voice inside me told me to quit, but it wasn't easy because I still wanted his love. Another voice reminded me that I needed to start loving myself.
