👁️🌏 Myopia Awareness Week 2025 is here — running from 19th – 25th May!

This year’s theme, "Screens Down, Eyes Up!", from focuses on protecting young eyes from the risks of too much screen time and not enough time outdoors.

📈 Myopia (short-sightedness) is on the rise, particularly among children. But with greater awareness and early action, we can reduce the risk of serious long-term vision issues.

💡 How can you get involved?
✅ Start conversations about myopia with family and friends
✅ Encourage more outdoor play and less screen time
✅ Book regular eye tests for your children
✅ Stay informed about the latest in myopia management

Let’s help protect the future of children’s vision. 👓🌿
