4 months ago today I started my fitness journey and I have never been prouder. Have lost over 8kg since my exercise routine and have gained muscle mass, therefore shredding more fat and putting on muscle. I know this as I have a body scanner and will be happy to share results with you guys soon. But since I like to gather my research and then present, stay tuned😉its coming up.

Leg day performed strong. As I turn a year older tomorrow, today's work out was very important for me. Just to be able to reflect back and see how am I training. I've learned to engage my muscles more in my work out before a preload and turn on the primary muscles first. This helps to get 80% more out of your workout. Do you know how to engage your TA? I can show you, DM me and book in a time. If you are suffering from lower back pain after your work outs, you are not engaging your TA. , , , ,
