Do you know what your core values are, and are you truly living by them?
Your core values are the principles that matter most to you: honesty, empathy, community, courage, health, respect, even playfulness. They shape how you think, how you act, and ultimately, the kind of relationships you build.
When you live in alignment with your values, your self-esteem grows. You feel more grounded, more confident—and you’re far more likely to make healthy, wise relationship choices.
But when you ignore your values, or allow others to cross them, it can slowly erode your self-worth. And from that place, it becomes much easier to fall into patterns that don’t serve you.
This is exactly what we’ll be exploring in the Relationship Roadmap Workshop next Saturday.
Together, we’ll help you:
• Identify your core values
• Recognise where you may be out of alignment
• Understand your current level of self-esteem using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale
• Explore your attachment style and how it shapes your relationships
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and build stronger, healthier relationships, this workshop is for you.
