Today, our Queensland Marketing Officer Shawn Gamble visited the office of Hon Shayne Neumann MP to share exciting news about the expansion of Beyond Choice in Queensland!

Shawn met with Constituent Liaison Paul Cantrall to discuss the growing range of services Beyond Choice now offers across the state. They also explored the importance of NDIS and Disability Supports in our fast-growing communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of NDIS service teams, including rostering support, group activities, and service quality
• Team Management: Supervise and support staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate professional development
• Participant Engagement: Work directly with NDIS participants to identify support options and help them achieve their goals
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with NDIA, carers, external providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to NDIS Practice Standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
