Werribee Health Care is a brand new state of art GP practice at Werribee, Victoria 3030. We have permit for 5 GPs with all modern facilities.
Werribee is 25 minutes drive from Melbourne City, with a number of reputed primary and high schools. We are looking for VR part time or full time GP for our family owned Medical Centre. On site pathology, Physio and podiatrist are available with a friendly, supportive and professional administrative and nursing team.
We are committed to pay up to 80% billings to the right full time fellows.

A very warm welcome to Dr. Md Mahabub Alam to join with our team. He will be at our practice on every Monday and Wednesday from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Dr Md Mahabub Alam got primary medical qualifications (MBBS) from University of Dhaka; Bangladesh in 1990. After Internship in 1991; Dr Alam was working in different hospitals; and government departments as well as GP, before migrating to New Zealand in 1996. Dr Alam achieved a Diploma in OH & S (Occupational Health & Safety) from Massey University in 1997 and later Diploma in Public Health (DPH) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 1999. Migrated to Australia in January 2000; Completed all requirements to work as Doctor in Australia. Dr Alam started his first job in Psychiatry in Latrobe Regional Hospital in Gippsland valley and later worked in all departments (ED to Palliative and Paediatrics to Geriatrics); in Dandenong, Monash and Frankston Hospitals. In2007, Dr Alam commenced AGPT (Australian General Practice Training) and worked almost all over Victoria; before settling in Melton with his family. Dr Alam has vast experiences in medicine/General Practice; His special interests are 'men and mental health", Family medicine & preventive medicine as well as minor surgeries. Dr Alam enjoys seeing patients from a diverse community. Holistic approach and spirituality play a special role in his consultations. Dr Alam is very family and community focussed person; He runs a community house in Melton for immigrants.

We are looking to employ 2 registered casual nurses for our new medical centre in Werribee, VIC 3030.
THE ROLE :
I x 6.25 hrs per day for 2 days a week
And
1 x 1 6.25 hrs per day and Saturday

We are a medical centre with friendly and professional staff and doctors.

We are looking for experienced Registered nurses who has thorough knowledge of his/her field , excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to multitask and work productively in a professional environment .

Should have polite mannerism and commitment to continued professional development .

Should have full working rights, AHPRA registration and indemnity.

Key Responsibilities:
· assisting doctors in small surgical procedures.
· wound management
· cold chain management
· infection control measures
· ECG, spirometry
· triage patients
· health assessments
· immunizations (children and adults )
· maintenance of clinical equipment
· stock ordering (surgical supplies and vaccines )
· helping in admin tasks
· maintaining recall and reminder systems for patients
· Salary negotiable depending on experience.
