Role Description

This is a casual on-site role for a Social Care Worker at Abbs Healthcare in Clayton, VIC. The Social Care Worker will be responsible for providing excellent care, support, and management to clients while upholding their dignity and self-respect. Duties may include developing care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in providing care and support to clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Empathy and compassion towards clients
Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols and practices
Cert III in age care (e.g., social work, healthcare)
First aid certification is a plus.

Hi All,

Looking for a few FEMALE support workers Aged between 30-50yrs old for 2 participants located in :-

Kealba- Client with early dementia lives with wife and needs 2 different SW with nursing background or age care experience for Monday to Friday 1030 - 1830
and Saturday 1030-1630.

Clayton - Elderly client live at home with so and needs 1 x SW with experience for
Monday - 3 pm to 7 pm
Tuesday - 1030 am to 3.30 pm
Thursday - 1030 am to 3.30 pm

Both participants need ongoing support and require a long-term individual.
