Role Description

This is a casual on-site role for a Social Care Worker at Abbs Healthcare in Clayton, VIC. The Social Care Worker will be responsible for providing excellent care, support, and management to clients while upholding their dignity and self-respect. Duties may include developing care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in providing care and support to clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Empathy and compassion towards clients
Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols and practices
Cert III in age care (e.g., social work, healthcare)
First aid certification is a plus.
