Burnout doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like replying “I’m fine” while quietly disappearing from yourself.
You start ghosting people you actually like
Not because you don’t care… but because even replying feels emotionally exhausting.
Your body starts acting weird and you ignore it
The headaches. The tight chest. The exhaustion after doing the bare minimum. Your nervous system keeps the score.
Your diet becomes “whatever requires zero effort”
Because when you’re mentally overloaded, even feeding yourself can feel like another task you don’t have capacity for.
You stop trusting your own brain
You reread texts. Forget simple things. Question every decision. Burnout steals clarity.
You don’t remember what it feels like to be yourself anymore
And honestly? That’s usually the moment women realize they’ve been surviving for too long.
If this hit a little too close to home…
I created a FREE self-paced mini experience for women who feel mentally stretched too thin and want to reconnect with themselves again.
A soft reset.
No pressure. No perfection. Just space to breathe, reflect, and come back to you.
Comment “BLOOM” and I’ll send it to you 🌿

5 things they don’t warn you about when you burn out…
You don’t just get tired.
You slowly disconnect from yourself.

You start ghosting people you actually like
Not because you’re rude or selfish — because you’re emotionally depleted.

Your body starts acting weird and you ignore it
Your body whispers before it screams. Burnout often shows up physically long before we acknowledge it mentally.

Your diet becomes “whatever requires zero effort”
When you’re in survival mode, your basic needs start feeling hard to meet.

You stop trusting your own brain
Overthinking. Brain fog. Anxiety. Constant self-doubt. Burnout impacts cognitive function more than people realize.

You don’t remember what it feels like to be yourself anymore
This is the part so many women carry quietly.

High functioning doesn’t always mean healthy.
Sometimes therapy isn’t about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about finally having space to hear yourself again.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone 🦋🩷

It’s formulated with ingredients we know support the body during stress:
- Lemon balm + chamomile → calm an overactive mind
- Magnesium → helps regulate that wired-but-tired feeling
mild anxiety
- Ginger + turmeric support the gut (because anxiety doesn’t just live in your head).

No caffeine
Zere Sugar

If your nervous system feels constantly “on”.
Drink it dally or on those “big” this is something I genuinely rate

Lately life’s circumstances have taught me
that time is too precious to spend it
worrying about what others are doing or following
what others think is “right” on paper.

I couldn’t give two fcks anymore.
I’m showing up as me.
I’m done following the trends.
I’m done trying to convince anyone to follow along.

If you are with me - follow along 🙌
If you aren’t - see you later 👋

06/05/2026

When following “trends” we’re ultimately looking for external validation; that sense of fitting in, being liked and accepted.
But this comes at a cost of being someone you don’t like or want to be - you lose yourself in the process.

Your “vibe” is the purity of who you really are.
You’re essence, your uniqueness and shine that
reflects out to others - spreading love and authenticity.

That’s what being at home within yourself feels like. That’s what it means to come home
by remembering who you are & letting your beauty speak for itself.

I keep hearing this from women lately…
‘I’m not anxious… but I don’t feel right.’

Like you’re more irritable, your sleep’s off, and your brain just won’t fully switch off.

This is low-level anxiety… and it’s really common in perimenopause.
Most women ignore it because it’s not ‘bad enough’ yet.

But I started supporting my nervous system properly
and even something simple like Halo…
has helped take that constant edge off.

Link’s in my bio if you want to try it.

And that thought hits deeper than any tantrum or sleepless night ever could.

Lately, I’ve been trying to shift out of that constant survival mode.
Not perfectly (never perfectly), but more intentionally.
Slowing down where I can. Catching myself before I react.
Being in it instead of just getting through it.

Because I don’t want to only remember that I made it through.
I want to remember how I felt in control and emotionally present.

If you’ve been feeling this too, like you’re always “on”
but somehow missing it at the same time…you’re not alone.
I created something gentle to help with exactly this.

My *Bloom Into You* self-paced mini course is just 60 minutes,
but it’s designed to help you come back to yourself in the middle of motherhood…
so you can actually be there for the moments you don’t want to miss.

No pressure, just support when you’re ready 🤍

There’s a version of anxiety that doesn’t look like anxiety.

It looks like:
– feeling overstimulated for no clear reason
– being shorter than usual with people you love
– lying in bed tired… but your mind won’t fully switch off
– feeling like something is “off” but you can’t explain it

And most women ignore it… because it’s not “bad enough.” But this is often how perimenopause anxiety starts.
Not loud. Not obvious. Just constant.

As a therapist, I always say — don’t wait until it gets worse to support your nervous system.

Lately I’ve been loving a simple support tool called

Halo: a natural anti-anxiety drink that helps take the edge off without making you feel foggy or flat.

It’s been a really nice addition for those “in-between” feelings.

If you’ve been feeling like this… it might be worth trying.

I’m going to be really honest with you…
Talking about it all the time isn’t the same as healing it.

And your friends aren’t going to say that because it feels supportive to sit there and agree with you.

But if you keep having the same conversations,
about the same problems, and nothing is actually changing… that’s not processing.
That’s just a cycle that keeps looping.

And I see it all the time.
Women who are so self-aware, who know what’s going on, who can explain it perfectly…
…but still feel anxious, overwhelmed, on edge.

Because awareness isn’t what shifts it.
Your body does.
And no one’s really shown you how to work with that part.

So you keep reaching for the only support you know—
venting, overthinking, pushing through and wondering why you still feel like this.

This isn’t about cutting people off.
It’s about being honest enough to admit:
What you’ve been doing isn’t actually helping anymore.
And that’s where things get to change.

If this hit a bit… you’re probably ready for something deeper.

You don’t really think about it in the moment…
you’re just getting through the day.

Snapping quicker than you mean to.
Feeling touched out.
Running on empty but still pushing because… who else is going to do it?

And you tell yourself it’s fine. That this is just a busy season. That you’ll come back to yourself later.
But later keeps getting pushed.

And underneath it all there’s that quiet knowing…
this isn’t how I want to feel.

Not as a mum.
Not as a woman.
Not in my own body.

Because it’s not just about what you say to your kids…
it’s what they see and feel from you.

The tension. The overwhelm.
The way you put yourself last without
even questioning it.

I see so many women stuck here, not because they don’t care, but because they’ve never actually been supported properly.

You don’t need more pressure or another thing to do.
You need space to regulate, to be held, to come back to yourself.

That’s the work I do 🩷

If you’re ready for support, you can reach out or find the link in my bio.

As a therapist, I see so many people who feel disconnected from themselves—
not because they’re doing life wrong, but because they’ve been carrying too much for too long.

That’s why I created Bloom Into You.

This free self-paced mini course is designed to help you gently reconnect with yourself
and understand where your energy is really going.

Inside, you’ll:
• Map what’s draining vs. restoring your energy
• Reflect on what you actually need (not just what’s expected)
• Use simple breathing practices to reset your mind and body
• Create a personal reclamation statement to guide you forward
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming back into alignment.
