This afternoon, our Acting General Manager, Warren Fowler, had the pleasure of presenting our Rehab Ward team with a collection of new images to display on their walls.

These thoughtfully selected images reflect the local community and bring a sense of connection, warmth, and familiarity to the ward environment, helping to create a more welcoming and engaging space for patients, visitors, and staff alike.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Wyndham Museum and Werribee District Historical Society for generously providing these wonderful historical images for us to print and frame. Their contribution helps us celebrate and honour the rich heritage of our local area.

Recently, the St Vincent’s Private Werribee team took part in a staff competition, submitting their favourite holiday photo along with what made it special to them.

The initiative has been a great way to boost engagement, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from staff. Collectively, our team has travelled to 27 countries, creating countless memories and plenty of smiles along the way.

GenesisCare recently shared an update with the Star Weekly on the progress of the radiation therapy centre currently under construction at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee.

This afternoon, the scenic Chirnsides by the River at Avalon Oval in Werribee - the home of the Werribee Football Club, provided the perfect setting for an educational session with the club’s medical team.

Renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon, Mr Arshad Barmare, represented St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee and led an engaging session for the group, sharing practical insights on topics most relevant to their daily practice.

A big thank you to Werribee Football Club CEO, Mark Penaluna, Football Manager, Kyle Hartigan, and Head of Medical Services Tom Bevan-Shannon for helping make this session possible.

We look forward to collaborating with the Werribee Football Club on future educational sessions and community initiatives.

Celebrating Easter across St Vincent’s Private Melbourne.

Our teams came together to mark the occasion, sharing Easter reflections and enjoying hot cross buns across the hospitals. We even had a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny himself!
