Opened in 2018, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee was the first purpose built private overnight hospital in the Wyndham region. Their experienced team of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals work closely with the local community to deliver high-quality care to people across Melbourne’s West.

The hospital currently features four spacious operating theatres, with the capacity to expand to six as demand for services continues to grow. Each theatre is identical in design and equipped with the latest technology to support the increasing healthcare needs of the western community.

With advanced surgical equipment and a highly skilled team of doctors and nurses, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee offers state-of-the-art healthcare, right here in Werribee.

Our Werribee Team attended the Wyndham Health Festival this past weekend.

The event took place at the Victoria University Werribee Campus – Wyndham Tech School, bringing together local health providers, community organisations, sports clubs and residents with a shared commitment to strengthening community health across the City of Wyndham.

We were fortunate to have two of our specialists present at the event. Dr Jay Patel spoke on Rehabilitation – Sub Acute Services, while Dr Mohammed Khaleel, who is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Wyndham Health Foundation, presented on The New Era of Innovation in General Surgery, sharing his expertise and insights.

We were also delighted to welcome Cr Susan McIntyre, who stopped by our stand to connect with the team and show her support for the event and the local community.

The day provided a great opportunity to engage with the community and network with fellow vendors. As proud new sponsors of the Wyndham Health Foundation, we look forward to supporting and taking part in their future events.

Our wonderful nurses Theresa, Stephanie, and Cheryl, along with their families, recently enjoyed a well-deserved getaway at the stunning Cosy Beach Front in Torquay.

A special thank you to Cosy Homes Group for donating this incredible weekend away to the recent Shadowfax Long Table Lunch auction. Also a heartfelt thank you to Brei Scolaro, Sarah Lando and Rhiannon Karcoushkas for purchasing it and kindly donating it to our nurses.

Your kindness and hospitality made it a truly memorable and relaxing experience for everyone!

For more than six years, Val has generously dedicated her time at St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee, offering warmth, kindness and unwavering support to our patients, visitors and staff. Her friendly smile and compassionate nature have made a lasting impact on everyone she has encountered.

Val’s commitment, reliability and genuine care embody the true spirit of volunteering. While we will greatly miss her presence around the hospital, we are incredibly grateful for the time, energy and heart she has shared with our community.
