It has been an amazing journey for Liv and me. We’ve navigated our own paths, put our experiences into practice, built a beautiful community, and created new connections.

I am truly amazed at how many paths have crossed in the spaces we’ve created. It’s been wonderful to witness our journeys and the people we have supported.

This isn’t goodbye, it's a new chapter for us both.

Liv, you are not only my sister but a true inspiration. I am so deeply grateful for you and your unwavering support. I am excited to see where we are both at this time next year! On our soul mission to spread our magic around!

I’ve loved every moment of Solace in Flow the breath, the connection, and the beautiful community we’ve built together.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their energy, presence, and hearts with us it’s been such a gift to witness your journeys and hold space alongside you.

And a special thank you to Carly 🤍
To be on this journey with you has been incredible watching us both grow in confidence, creativity, and alignment along the way. I’m so proud of what we’ve created together.
