This client is undergoing a specialised scar revision protocol designed specifically for pitted and tethered acne scarring. Unlike traditional needling, where we’re creating controlled micro-injuries to stimulate collagen, scar revision requires a deeper, more targeted approach.

Here’s what’s happening beneath the surface 👇
🔬 We’re not just needling the skin — we’re mechanically releasing the fibrotic bands of scar tissue that tether the skin down.
💉 By carefully breaking these adhesions, the scar tissue is freed, allowing the skin to lift and remodel from within.
