Today was a Great Day! Celebrated International yoga day with the UAN delegates in Antigua and Barbuda. Special satsang by Swamiji and my aha moment was -the more you practice yoga, the closer you get to the Divine because Yoga is not just physical exercise, it is uniting with the Divine from the Divine space within you! Thank you Swamiji! 🙏🏽💕🔱🙌🏼🙏🏽

Come and join us at the Vinya Wellness Centre, 22 Rupertsdale Road, Sunbury on Thursdays at 6.45pm. Our evening commences with a relaxing meditation followed by a Reiki Healing from our group of gifted and trained Energy Healers in the Reiki and Energy Healing Room. I am also available for a one on one consultation for Spiritual Body Scanning and Energy Healing.

Cost = $20 per session per person.
