CLINICAL CLASSES
Led by experienced physiotherapists, these small group sessions offer targeted support for injury rehab, pain management, and chronic conditions.
👉 Better Backs Level 1 – Physio-Led Class
Perfect for those with long-term back discomfort, this beginner-friendly class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and relieving pressure from your back.

Due to high demand, we’ve added a new session for clients needing professional guidance with their personalised clinical program.

These energetic, fitness-focused classes are ideal for those looking to challenge their body, refine technique, and stay strong.
👉Jumpboard Reformer
A cardio-focused, high-energy class using the jumpboard to improve endurance, control, and coordination.
• Mondays: 6:00 AM – with our new Pilates instructor, Vea
• Mondays: 7:00 PM – with Aimee
👉Sculpt Reformer
A strength-based class with slow, controlled movements focusing on glutes, core, posture, and balance.
• Mondays: 7:00 AM – with Vea
• Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – with Vea
📎The Tuesday 7:00 AM Sculpt Reformer will replace the Beginner Reformer class from 15th July.
