Most people don’t struggle with movement because they don’t care.

It’s hard because many people think they need to pick the perfect activity and stick to it all the time.

But our bodies can feel different every day.

Some days, you might just need to slow down and stretch.
Other days, you might want to feel strong and capable.
And sometimes, you just want to move freely.

That’s why mixing things up is important.
It helps your body stay healthy and keeps you motivated.

Term 1 Enrolments Now Open: Kids Aerial Yoga Course

Are you looking for an after-school activity that helps your child build strength, confidence and flexibility, all while having fun?

Our 10-week Kids Aerial Yoga Course is for children ages 8 to 12. No experience is needed.

What kids will gain:
• Improved coordination and mobility
• Upside-down fun in the aerial hammock
• Confidence through movement
• New friendships in a supportive space

Aerial Fit & Flow is a 60 minute class that blends targeted strength and conditioning with dynamic aerial yoga sequences. You’ll start by building strength and endurance on the ground, then transition into the hammock for flowing aerial movements that challenge balance, coordination, and control.
