Sarisa's running a 90-minute workshop on June 28th 2 pm that's all about slowing down to speed up - taking the moves you know and making them actually look (and feel) good.

This isn't your regular class where you're just trying to keep up. It's more like... hitting pause to figure out why some people look effortless in the air while others look like they're wrestling with the hammock.
