You’re not alone and you’re exactly who we created these classes for.
We get it. Trying something new can feel daunting.
So we’ve made sure there’s a place for you to begin gently, with full support.
Here are 4 beginner-friendly aerial classes to help you build confidence, one float at a time:
✦ Aerial Basics – learn the foundations
✦ Aerial Flow – gentle, grounded sequences
✦ Aerial Stretch + Release – supported deep stretches
✦ Aerial Restorative – float into total relaxation
🕒 Class Times:
• Aerial Basics – Sat 10am
• Aerial Flow – Mon 5:45pm, Wed 9:30am & 5:45pm, Sun 8:45am
• Aerial Stretch + Release – Tue 7pm, Wed 4:30pm, Thu 7pm, Fri 9:30am
• Aerial Restorative – Mon 7pm, Fri 5:45pm
You don’t have to be strong, flexible, or fit to start.
Just willing to show up, exactly as you are.
