Cleanse the digestive system 🌱

Step 1:
Tongue Scraping ⭐️

Believe it or not, your tongue is a fantastic gauge of your health, particularly your digestive system and
liver. 😋
If your tongue is coated with a white, brown, yellow, or green substance, it can mean you have poor digestion, a sluggish liver, or toxins in your bowel.

If you don’t rid the toxins on your tongue, they will keep recirculating in your body.

💡 How to scrape your tongue:
This should be done first thing in the
morning, within 3-5 mins of waking.

Stick out your tongue. 👅
Place the scraper as far back on
the tongue as comfortable.
Pull the scraper from the back to
the front 3-4 times and then 3-4
times each on either side. ✅
Ensure you wash your scraper
afterwards and dry it in a cup
Replace it every six months.

WHY we use copper? 🤔
Copper is naturally anti-microbial and anti-bacterial. It also provides vital enzymes that promote the survival of good bacteria and other important
microbes in your mouth.

According to Ayurvedic, keeping Vata dosha balanced is crucial for women's health and well-being. Women can support their physical and mental health by maintaining a regular daily routine, practising yoga and meditation, and incorporating self-care practices like abhyanga (self-oil massage). Applying ghee to the temples and feet and massage before bed will keep you grounded and centred. 🌿

Let's celebrate women's achievements, honour their contributions, and recommit ourselves to building a future where every woman can live, work, and thrive without limitations.

🌿 What is Ama/Toxins?

In Ayurveda, ama signifies the accumulation of toxins resulting from poor digestion, unhealthy diet, stress, and exposure to environmental pollutants. These toxins can manifest in physical symptoms like fatigue, constipation, bloating, skin rashes, and mental symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and emotional instability. To restore balance and promote optimal health, Ayurveda emphasises the importance of eliminating toxins through regular detox and exercise.

🔄 Causes of Ama/Toxins:
Poor digestion and metabolism
Unhealthy dietary habits
Inadequate sleep and rest
Lack of exercise
Exposure to environmental toxins
Emotional imbalances
Suppression of natural urges
Chronic health conditions
Genetic predisposition
Incompatible food combinations
Overindulgence in specific tastes, especially sweet, sour and salty
Inadequate hydration
Poor dental hygiene
Exposure to electromagnetic radiation
Consuming food that is too hot or too cold
Emotional trauma and negative experiences
Overuse of antibiotics and medications

🚨 Symptoms of Ama/Toxins:

Physical Symptoms:
Fatigue and lack of energy
Bloating and gas
Constipation or irregular bowel movements
Foul breath and body odour
Skin rashes or acne
Joint pain and stiffness
Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
Frequent colds, coughs, or infections
Low immunity and susceptibility to illness
Unpleasant taste in the mouth

Difficulty focusing or concentrating
