NOW HIRING – PART-TIME ADMIN / ACCOUNTS SUPPORT
Health & Wellness Hub Gladstone is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin / Accounts Support team member to assist with the financial and administrative operations of our business. We provide nutrition services, mental health programs, and first aid training, and we need someone confident in managing accounts accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Xero bookkeeping and data entry
• Bank account reconciliation
• BAS preparation and compliance support
• Managing invoices, accounts payable/receivable and supplier records
• General administrative support across the business
We’re Looking For:
• Strong Xero experience (required)
• Solid bookkeeping knowledge
• Experience with BAS and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
This is a part-time position with consistent hours and a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
