{ A little training to start the year }

Yesterday I had the opportunity to enjoy some training to support guests from within, hosted by the incredible Chiza Westcarr from .

Focus was on overall wellness and Menopause.

It is such a blessing to live in a time where we can choose to support our body naturally.

Chiza is the absolute legend who has created the first Menopause conference in Australia. I'm looking forward to attending in February to be able to share and support guests even more.

🍹 Virgin Mojito with a Deflame Twist 🍹

Enioy a refreshing, wellness-inspired twist on the classic mojito! This sparkling Deflame Elixir mocktail is the perfect way to celebrate while staying gentle on your gut and free from sugar.

Ingredients:
● Fresh mint leaves
● Lime, cut into wedges
● 15ml (3 capfuls) of Deflame Elixir
● Sparkling water (filled to the top)
● Ice cubes

Instructions:
1️⃣ Muddle Mint and Lime - in your favorite glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges to release the mint’s oils and lime juice

2️⃣ Add Deflame Elixir - pour in 15ml of Deflame Elixir into the glass. Stir gently to mix.

3️⃣ Add Ice - add the desired amount of ice to your glass

4️⃣ Top with Sparkling Water - fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.

5️⃣ Garnish - Add a sprig of mint and a lime wheel for a sophisticated look.
