🇯🇵 One week into my holiday and I’m finally starting to relax!
Did you know it typically takes 8–10 days to properly switch off from work? That definitely feels true for me.

It’s been a little rainy, then cooler here in the last couple of days, but this gal is enjoying the break after some hot weather and lots of steps!

Me, taking a break from folding fitted sheets.
From Thursday 15th May to Monday 16th June, I’ll be stepping away from the clinic—and yes, even from the laundry pile—for a well-earned break.
During this time, my mobile will be switched off, but you’re welcome to message me via email, Facebook, or Instagram Messenger if needed.

It’s been a super busy year & it’s flown by so quickly! 🎄 December is nearly upon us.
Here is a quick update on my appointment availability for November / December.
I now have a couple of appointments available this week:
Booked: TOMORROW (Tuesday 19th) at 11.15am (60 mins) or 10.45am (90).
Or Thursday 21st at 11.30am or 1.15pm (60 mins).
I have only one appointment available in December at this stage, although it’s a good time to get on the wait list as December can be changeable for some clients.
December: Tuesday 10th at 1.15pm (60 mins).
I’m also taking 2025 bookings from the 13th Jan, if you’re someone who likes to plan ahead.

Happy New Year!
It’s been a relaxed start to 2024 for me. We looked after our fur-grand babies last night, followed by a glass of wine and a walk around the docks today, apricot jam making, and a nap on the couch! Pfew!
I hope everyone is easing into 2024 and I wish you all a wonderful year!
I’m back at work on Thursday 11th January. My first available appointment is Friday 2nd Feb at 11.30am.
