Sarah is a passionate remedial massage therapist who is dedicated to providing effective treatments to her clients. She has a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and she uses this knowledge to inform her practice. Sarah is proficient in a range of massage techniques including, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, stretching and Myofascial Release. She is able to tailor her treatments to suit the unique needs of each client. She is committed to helping her clients reduce stress, alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve their overall being. Sarah Offers Remedial Massage, Relaxation Massage and Cupping.
