✨💚 Heart-Opening Reiki Share & Crystal Grid Activation 💚✨

This week's Reiki share was truly magical. Together, we co-created a beautiful crystal grid focused on the Heart Chakra — the center of love, compassion, and connection. 💞

With intention, presence, and deep gratitude, each member of the group contributed their energy to build the grid. We then infused it with Reiki, channeling unconditional love to support heart chakra openings within ourselves, our group, and the wider collective. 🌍💫

Thank you to everyone who brought their energy, crystals, and open hearts. May this grid continue to radiate love, healing, and higher consciousness wherever it's needed. 💎🕊️

Did you know that your jaw and pelvis are connected?

Research shows that when people with certain pain conditions (like complex regional pain syndrome, or CRPS) had their jaw muscles relaxed, their hip flexibility improved. But when they clenched their jaw tightly, their hip flexibility decreased.

This study highlights something Bowen Therapists have long understood: tension or imbalance in one area of the body can affect distant parts.

In this case, the jaw and pelvis are linked through muscular and fascial connections, meaning tension in one area can restrict movement in the other.
