Cacao Sound Journey with Tirakuna at Shining Light Yoga

One of those unplanned days that just fills up your soul. ☀️

We carved out a whole day just for us, leaving our to-do lists and screens behind. Wandered through the woods, with no real destination in mind. The only sounds were the crunch of leaves under our feet, the whisper of the wind, and the distant song of birds.

It was in a sun-dappled clearing that the magic really happened. We found a perfect spot. Daniel pulled out the clap sticks, and I closed my eyes, drew out my precious deer drum, and began to play. We shared songs and spontaneous tunes, voices blending with the magpies. It was a conversation with nature, and with each other.

That feeling of being so deeply grounded, so peacefully connected... it was powerful! we knew we had to find a way to bring it back and share it with you.

And that’s exactly the intention we’re carrying into our upcoming Cacao Sound Journey on the 22nd of November at Shining Light Yoga. We want to co-create a container for that same kind of magic—a space where we can collectively unplug, open our hearts, and let the vibrations of sound wash over us, just like the sunshine through the trees.
