With a lack of nutritious, ready-made lactation assisting treats in todays market, Mandala Mama was born. With a passion for health and wellness and supporting breastfeeding women. It was time to get busy in the kitchen and create some delicious healthy treats to assist in increasing breastmilk supply. Who doesn't remember breastfeeding and needing something sweet at 2 o'clock in the morning whils

t the rest of the world was still sleeping. The beauty of these tasty treats, is not only having a healthier option to snack on, but enhancing your milk supply too. Don't worry if your not a BF mumma, I have lots of other tasty treats too. I am a Registered Midwife, Child and Family Health Nurse and mum, with a passion to support and educate the wonderful mums that are nourishing and raising our next generation.
