What a huge day it was on Sunday at Hills Wellness Expo Sydney!

It was such a privilege working alongside KinesiAlice - Kinesiology, Mind Body Medicine, Integrative Therapy and Fit4you Personal Training & Massage to organise this event. It all came together beautifully and our exhibitors, speakers, presenters, and volunteers were AMAZING.

A huge thank you to our keynote speakers, Rachael Horne Melanoma Institute Australia for sharing her journey with Melanoma and motivating others to know the skin they're in and get their skin checked regularly, and to Shaun Lane for his personal and professional insights on men's Mental Health.
