What is Step Up?

Step Up is a health and wellbeing program designed to help young women with disability develop long term healthy lifestyle habits, while also connecting with each other and their community.

Come along for the day!

⬇️

9am-10am: Physical activity - Gym program (e.g., circuit, pilates, yoga) with Sisterup Coach

10am-11am: Learning - Health and wellbeing content and goal setting Sisterup Coach. Topics include: sleep, diet, exercise routine, friendships, relationships, other life skills.

11am-12 noon: Relationships - Social catchup and gratitude check-in at local cafe, facilitated by mentors

12 noon - 1pm: Community - Shop for ingredients for lunch at local shops; sometimes groups catch the train to the shops

1pm - 2pm: Healthy Lunch - Make lunch (salad rolls) and eat together
