Whilst we love Spring, for some this time of the year means a variety of symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and even difficulty breathing. She can also help with metabolic & autoimmune issues, and enjoys the challenge of piecing together puzzling pathology to see a whole health picture. Sarah approaches each client with a fresh perspective, working through each element of their health to create personalised, evidence-based treatment plans to support each client with achieving their individual health goals. Outside of clinic, Sarah spends time with her two young children, whether it’s cooking, camping trips, spending time with friends or curling up with a good book! 💚
