It is time to re-introduce myself my MoveMEANT queens- Iβm Jade π
I help women aged 18-39 who feel nervous or anxious in the gym environment to find movement that feels good -no shame, no pressure, no judgment. Think small wins, calm confidence, and learning to trust your body.
I know what itβs like to panic at the thought of going to a gym or overthinking every workout. Thatβs why I created MoveMEANT - a space for beginner-friendly workouts that focus on confidence, not comparison.
I also have a background as a qualified therapist, so know that when you work with me, it is the real deal. No fad diets. No quick fixes. No pulling motivation out of somewhere it does not exist. I have a real understanding of Gym Anxiety and Mental Health, and how these can interfere with our ability to exercise.
Here, itβs not about looking a certain way. Itβs about feeling strong, capable, and proud of yourself.
Expect tips, movement hacks, mindset boosts, and a whole lot of encouragement. πͺβ¨
