Hope Holistic Care 展望全人護理 Hope Holistic Care (HHC) is a a not-for-profit Christian organisation that aims to bring hope to older people, in particular the Chinese ageing community.

We are an Approved Provider of Home Care Package services. We use a holistic approach to assess and meet their physical, social, mental and spiritual needs. We will do this by coordinating and delivering care services beyond the scope of available funding, providing education on aged care and run volunteer programs.
