One Of The Most Misunderstood Parts Of Reiki ✨
Something I’ve noticed after many Reiki sessions:
People often think a “successful” session has to feel intense. Crying. Seeing colours. Big emotions. A powerful energetic experience.
But some of the deepest sessions are actually the quiet ones.
The sessions where someone simply feels like themselves again.
Clearer thoughts. Less mental noise. A body that no longer feels constantly on edge.
One client once said to me:
“Nothing dramatic happened… but my mind stopped fighting itself for the first time in months.”
Honestly, that explained Reiki better than most spiritual language ever could.
Not every healing experience looks big or dramatic.
Sometimes the real shift is subtle nervous-system relief that slowly changes the way someone moves through everyday life afterward. 💛
