An important reminder that changed completely my perception of my childhood and my life. ‘I am not a victim of the world I see,’ is a powerful statement that I discovered when doing the student workbook of A Course in Miracles that rocked my world many years ago.

We can keep carrying the burden of the past and present, see ourself as a victim, or choose to become the hero of our own story, free ourselves from reactions, and reclaim our power.
