Mat Pilates Classes start this week for 2026. Book your spot via the StudioBookings App. If this is your first class with me you will receive your first class free. All classes are suitable for any fitness level. Please bring your own mat, drink bottle and be ready for some laughs. Wear comfortable stretchy clothing and remember it’s not a fashion show. Pilates socks are recommended and available at the hall to purchase if you don’t have any. PM me if you need more info. See you on the mat, Sandy.
