Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, meditation. A warm up
Yoga postures/movement
Relaxation and/or meditation. Benefits of yoga include but not limited to:

Power yoga -a more dynamic demanding version of yoga. Itβs faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and stamina. Power yoga is low impact, but a highly effective exercise. Vinyasa Yoga - This active yoga practice gets you moving. Also called "flow" because of the smooth way that the poses run together. Options of different levels to suit everyone, from being demanding to being a gentle practice. Yin Yoga - slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Will be performed in conjunction with relaxation/meditation. Watch this space for classes/times and information.
