Allowing our girls the opportunity to make an educated decision on which period products they can use, in any situation, is so invaluable 🙌🏻

But it’s more than just telling them. We need to show them.

Show them how to unwrap the products, show them how the products absorb blood, show them how to wear the products - because that is what’s going to give your daughter confidence and independence to manage her period the first time, and ongoing 🩸

Unfortunately there is a very slim chance her first period will come while she’s at home with you. School, sport, a sleepover - it could happen anywhere at any time ❤️

So take this very special time to lovingly prepare her and then be comforted knowing she will know exactly what to do and feel at ease because you helped her ahead of time.

If this is a conversation you feel overwhelmed by, or unprepared for, book her into a First Moon Circle.

Surrounded by her friends, or other girls her age, she will learn everything she needs, to feel confident and comfortable as she embarks on this memorable rite of passage.
