A little tip from one of our mums 🤍

If you’re hopping in the shower during labour with your Elle TENS, simply remove the pads and place them back onto the plastic backing.

Once you’re out, you can reapply them, still sticky, still ready to go.

It’s often the little things that make labour feel smoother.
