Kayla’s second birth looked different 🤍

We’re so grateful when mums share their birth stories with us 🤍

Kayla used her Elle TENS from the early stages, building it up as contractions got stronger and focusing on it through each surge.

From moving around freely to taking breaks and reapplying the pads, it became part of her whole experience.

Her birth plan was simple, and she was able to get through with gas, one injection, and her Elle TENS.
