Bashar's dis-ease prevention checklist (paraphrased):
1) OXYGENATION OF THE SYSTEM.
Oxygen is the key to transmutation in the body and support of the system, so make sure you’re getting enough clean air.
2) HYDRATION OF THE SYSTEM.
With the combination of oxygen and water your cells will be able to flush toxins more readily from the system, so make sure you’re getting enough water. Your cells will thank you with an increased 'shelf life'.
3) WATCH YOUR DIET.
The food stuffs that you eat, are in many cases full of toxins and pollution, and thus many of you are placing, replacing the idea of toxins, in your system on a constant basis.
4) ACTIVITY. NOT NECESSARILY EXERCISING, JUST GENERAL ACTIVITY.
This will allow the body to function as a pump, to pump the fluids, pump the oxygen, and allow the cellular systems to transmit the idea of the toxins, to flush them from the system and to absorb the nutrients that they need to absorb more readily.
5) MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HYGIENE. PSYCHO-HYGIENE.
Stress is very prevalent in your society, because most of you are doing things that are against the grain of your natural self. In terms of your jobs, private life, and so forth. A lack of care for alignment with your natural self will lead to the imposition of great stress upon your systems.
B: 'So, fundamentally that is the “Basic Checklist,” that will, I guarantee you prevent about 99.999999999% of all disease.'
Bashar then says that once an individual may have concocted something, the first thing we need to realize is that the emotional balance is always the primary causation of any literal 'dis-ease.' Our own language says it for us. We are “dis-eased,” we are not at ease. We are emotionally “out of whack.” And that means that we have belief systems and definitions that are going against the grain of our natural self. And we have feelings and emotions that result from those belief systems, that are compounding the issue, because of certain ideas or experiences that may have been imposed upon us from our jobs, schools, friends, families, or childhood. Getting back in touch with unresolved angers, unresolved rages, unresolved fears is the first step in adressing our stress, the first step in expressing and transforming it. The next step would be allowing the implementation of techniques, meditations, detoxifying protocols, diets and therapies that we personally believe will result in 'less stress' for us. In short: the usage of everything that can aid and assist in re-balancing and re-centering the body’s electromagnetheric field. . . and bring us back to the center of ourselves and reverse the concept of disease. But also, the process of simply using the disease, if it has been created in a positive and beneficial way, to learn from it, will in many cases no longer require the disease to remain. Because once we've learned why the disease is there and absorbed the information and integrated the information within the matrix of our consciousness, then the messenger can go on it’s way. It has done it’s job.
All of this comes down to the fundamental understanding that dis-ease is there for a reason, for OUR reason. And if we can get in touch with that reason, which usually has to do with the idea of imbalance in definitions, in beliefs, in emotions, in energy, then, by rebalancing that, we re-balance the whole idea, the whole equations of ourselves, and in so doing, we create ourselves to be a frequency in which no disease can exist, by definition.
