A grounding pose that builds inner and outer strength. Warrior II reminds us to stay steady, strong, and focused — both on and off the mat. 💕

Benefits:
✨ Builds strength in legs and core
✨ Opens hips and chest
✨ Improves focus and stamina

How to practice:
1. Step your feet wide apart, arms stretched out at shoulder height.
2. Turn your right foot out, bend your right knee over the ankle.
3. Keep left leg straight, arms parallel to the ground.
4. Gaze softly over right fingertips.
5. Hold 5–10 breaths, then switch sides.
