We had a week of sumptuous food at Cumberland View Aged Care Living thanks to our wonderful kitchen staff for our cultural cuisine celebrating Chinese dishes. We also did a menu taste testing for our upcoming colder months. The verdict was very positive. We celebrated a milestone for our longest residing resident - 12 wonderful years. We celebrated Holi festival where colours and positivity are used to foster unity. Music 🎵 Music 🎵Music 🎵 with Laurel McKenna, Ken and his singing friends and the Treble Tones music ensemble. And lots of Birthdays and new friends to celebrate. Happy Friday

We had a wonderful time last week with Milo from Miracle paws. We just love our visiting four footed friend 🐾
We danced, swayed and relaxed to music by Steph Renouf 🎹 🎤- Susan Graham🪉 & Ray Quon the Jazz pianist 🎹 We welcomed new friends at a special afternoon tea 🫖 🧁 We celebrated a big birthday 🎈 and shared a chat over coffee ☕️ on the bus trip to the Mulgrave Country club.

We celebrated Chinese New Year with amazing dances, decorations and craft. It was also Latvia’s Independence Day Monday and we celebrated with special treats. Love is in the air at Cumberland View Aged care Living. We celebrated Valentine’s Day 💘 with a special afternoon tea to share our wedding memories champagne and the kitchen sprinkled love into our cakes too. We were swaying to the music from John D. who handed out roses 🌹
We then settled in for a romantic movie 🎥 🍿 Sleepless in Seattle while we sipped🥂 and snacked.
