Happy Summer from Cumberland View Aged Care Living 🌞
We were treated to a performance by the Cumberland Village review Christmas show 🎭
Lorenzo came and sang to the smiles of all 🎤 🎵
Our furry friend Milo 🐾 came for cuddles and we have started to deck the halls with tinsel 🎄 and cheer.

We have had an amazing November and this week hasn’t disappointed either. We enjoyed another scrumptious BBQ, dancing with Tom Diaco, singing with the Skylarkers, and it started to feel a lot like Christmas when the church choir came to sing for us. As always Susan Graham delighted with her gentle harp music 🎵

Happy Friday from residents and staff from Cumberland View Aged Care Living. Our big week of fun was shared with Lorenzo who performed in a concert for us and our travelling minstrel Barouch who delighted us with music and song. We welcomed our newest friends at a special afternoon tea and
St Justin’s students as part of our intergenerational program where they presented residents with handmade Christmas cards 🎄

Cumberland View Aged Care acknowledges Remebrance Day with friends and Mike Black from the RSL. We Patted our favourite pooch Milo-Celebrated November birthdays- Rode the icecream express scenic bus to Cardinia reservoir- Watched enthralled the cuties from Jacinta’s school of ballet’s and much more.

We had so much fun this week. Spring racing carnival 🐎 festivities made horse lovers of us all. We held our very own Cumberland View fashions on the field and our Melbourne Cup sweep winners were grinners. Our monthly international cuisine luncheon was USA inspired🇺🇸 with traditional thanksgiving fare and of course Hot Dogs 🌭 A big thanks to Kathy from the Skylarkers for our Friday happy hour entertainment to finish off a fun filled week.

Cumberland View Aged Care residents celebrated all things spooky👻 Happy Halloween 🎃We’ve had a wonderful week with Max the Magician, our walking minstrel Baruch 🪘 and happy hour. We celebrated our much loved Nans and Pops on Grandparents day ❤️

We celebrated a milestone birthday for our very much loved, 110 year old resident. A wonderful afternoon tea was shared with family, friends, the mayor of Monash, Channel 7 and Cumberland View management. Please enjoy the photos.

What fun we had with Jose in our drumming class. 🥁 We celebrated the cultural, colourful joy of Diwali 🪔 with dancing and music. Our craft group completed a collaborative peacock project and we celebrated a very special 110th birthday. Keep and eye out for the Photos from that very happy birthday party.
