Start 2025 by discussing Osteopathy services with your GP!

You may be eligible for Medicare benefits if you have:
• A chronic condition
• Complex care needs managed by your GP
• Osteopathy included in your care plan

Osteopathy can help manage chronic conditions such as:
• Arthritis
• Chronic back pain and sciatica
• Fibromyalgia
• Chronic headaches and migraines
• Rheumatic conditions
• Chronic musculoskeletal pain disorders
• Degenerative spinal conditions

Important Medicare Information:
* Up to 5 services available per eligible patient, per calendar year if clinically indicated
* If you have unused services from 2024, you don’t need a new referral
* Unused services will roll over and count towards your 2025 total of 5 services
* if you used all your services in 2024, you will need a new referral

As another remarkable year begins to wrap up, we want to take a heartfelt moment to thank each and every one of you who have been part of a wellness journey. Your trust, dedication, and commitment to your health has been truly inspiring. 💖

We've been privileged to watch our community grow, heal, and take meaningful steps towards optimal well-being. Your proactive approach to health is nothing short of amazing – and we couldn't be more proud to play a part in this journey.

🎄TIPS to nurture yourself through the festive season.

The holidays can be a whirlwind of activity, so we wanted to share some gentle reminders to help you stay balanced and care for yourself:

1. Embrace intentional rest: Between the celebrations and commitments, carve out moments of genuine rest. Even 15 minutes of quiet reflection can reset your body and mind.

2. Nourish mindfully: Enjoy the holiday treats, but also listen to what your body needs. Balance is key – hydration, whole foods, and occasional indulgence can coexist beautifully.

3. Movement matters: Keep things flowing with gentle movement. A morning stretch, a brisk walk, or some mindful yoga can make a world of difference.

4. Boundaries are beautiful: It's okay to say no. Protect your energy and choose experiences that truly bring you joy and peace.
