Hello, my name is Gemma, I live in Whittlesea and I’ve been an avid yoga student for over 20 years. First falling in love with Gita yoga in 2001 with Pam Harrison, I later gained my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Centre, NY in 2007. This intensive training gave me the knowledge and tools to deepen my personal practice and to share my passion with others over the last 15 years. My own practice (after having 2 children) became focussed on deep extended poses, which settled my frayed nervous system beautifully. I honoured this need by completing my 30hr Yin Yoga sequencing training, in 2023 with Jennifer Cresenzo. I hope to share my passion for yoga by teaching an intensely relaxing yin class in Whittlesea for everyone and anyone. Please message me if you would like to know more or to book a class. Namaste
