What is Biofield Tuning? 🌿💫 🎶
It is a process of using tuning forks on or around the body for the purpose of soothing, regulating, modulating and harmonising the flows, rhythm and currents and patterns of our electric acoustic body and very specifically our emotions because that is a really big part of it. Reducing stress may assist with emotional wellbeing. Biofield Tuning may assist with using a process of using sound to comb through the biofield and find areas of dissonance and distortion and stuckness and we can hear that and feel and sense that in our body. The tuning forks find these areas and reflect that dissonance back to the body. The body recognises its own noise and will actually use the steady input of the tuning forks to recalibrate itself, to actually auto tune itself to a greater state of ease in the body. We are either making music inside or we are making noise. Its’s like instruments get out of tune, cars get out of tune, the human body gets out of tune.
