🧊 Put It On Ice

This is for when something or someone just won’t leave you alone.
Energy keeps popping back up, circling you, getting under your skin.

You’re not trying to fight it.
You’re just done with it.

So you freeze it out.

What you need

Nothing fancy.

Piece of paper
Pen
Something to put it in (jar, cup, even a zip bag)
Water

If you’ve got it, you can add a little salt or a splash of vinegar but it’s not make or break.

What you do

Write it down.

Their name… or whatever it is that’s bothering you.
Doesn’t have to be neat. Just get it on the paper.

Fold it away from you a few times.
Like you’re pushing it out of your space.

Drop it in the container.
Pour water over it.

Take a second. Hold it in your hand.

And just say, plain and simple:

“You don’t get to touch me anymore.
You stop here.” Or whatever your trying to put an end to.

That’s enough.

Then you freeze it

Stick it in the freezer and leave it alone.

Don’t keep checking it. Don’t keep thinking about it.

That’s kind of the point you’re cutting the cord of attention.

Later on

If things calm down and you feel like it’s done,
take it out, let it thaw, and throw it away.

Like you’re clearing the last of it out of your life.

That’s it.

Simple. Quiet. It works because you mean it not because you dressed it up.

This full moon isn’t for starting things.
It’s for seeing clearly what’s already done.

If something feels heavy, it’s ready to go.

• Write down what you’re finished with. Burn it safely and let it be done.

• Clean your space properly. Not just tidy. Open windows, move the air, shift it.

• Leave a small bowl of water in the moonlight, then wash your hands or face with it.

• Sit quietly for a few minutes. Don’t force anything. Just notice what comes up.

• If something in your life feels out of balance, this is the time to face it honestly.

• Put your tools or jewellery in the moonlight if you work with them. Keep your intention simple.

Don’t start something new tonight. This is a peak, not a beginning.

One thing to remember:
